HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Unused items purchased directly from TOBE can be returned or exchange until January 31st. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
All returns and exchanges must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging and include all original tags.
Items returned or exchanged without these requirements met will incur a 15% restocking fee or denial of the return or exchange.
Refunds will only be administered to the original payment method. TOBE will refund the original payment method in full (unless a restocking fee is incurred) within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product(s) and verifying it meets the requirements of this return policy. Once a refund is processed, it can take 7-10 business days for a credit to be reflected on your payment method's statement.
PROMOTION RETURN POLICY
Items purchased directly from TOBE during a promotion can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. In the event of a return that included a gift with purchase, the gift(s) with purchase promotion item(s) must be included in the return in new condition or the customer will be charged the full price of the promotion product. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns. All returns and exchanges must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging and include all original tags.
