We gave the kit a relaxed fit for style, and the jacket features a slightly longer length that’s much appreciated when spending an extended time cruising around town.

How Thinsulate performs against down
While down retains heat very well, it simply doesn’t breathe. We use water resistant 3M™ Thinsulate™ blown in insulation, a synthetic blend that wicks away moisture and allows heat to dissipate. This keeps you warm like down—yet comfortable and dry—while you’re doing winter chores around the house, running errands, and going on neighborhood adventures.
A collar designed with helmets in mind
The collar is just tall enough to meet the base of your helmet. It’s low-profile design seals out the elements without getting in the way. Lined with fleece for comfort.
How the Hoback jacket adapts
This jacket has a removable snow skirt that can form a tight seal with the bib. Remove it entirely and leave it at home on drier days to reduce bulk, or use the “transport mode” buttons to tuck it away for your next powder day.
